PareX History
PareX was founded in 1998 as JJJA Advies. PareX started of as a website and database development company. As of 2004 PareX concentrates solely on services and products for the Automotive industry.
Late 1999, PareX lands a big job with the Dutch Ford dealer association. PareX creates an intranet for the association members.In 2000 PareX’s very first version of the virtual warehouse goes live with the Dutch Ford dealers association, which soon is a screaming success.More dealers start to use the PareX services and the firm start grows steadily, hires staff and soon moves to a new office in Utrecht in 2001.In 2002 Peugeot Netherlands starts to use the virtual warehouse because of its proven success. Thanks to its success in the Netherlands, Ford of Europe decides to use PareX.In 2003 EFDS GmbH, a joint venture between the German Ford dealer association and PareX, is founded. EFDS GmbH is responsible for the PareX systems used within Ford. The company keeps on growing and soon finds itself moving again towards a bigger office. New staff is required and hired. In the year of 2006, the 1000th dealer signs up.In 2007 PareX expands beyond the European borders.In 2009, PareX moves to a new and bigger office in Hilversum to cope with the rapid but stable growth of the system and its clientele.Halfway of 2010, PareX signs up its 5000th participating dealer. Distributors for Poland, Serbia and Crotia are assigned. In 2011 a distributor for South and Latin America is assigned.
